What is your Guarantee Policy?
All of our pieces of Amish furniture are thoroughly inspected before they leave the workshops of our furniture builders. All of our pieces of Amish furniture shipped through Packship USA are fully insured against damage during shipping. Special care is taken in packing and shipping your Amish furniture and damage is rare.
Please inspect your Amish furniture upon delivery. If damage to your furniture has occurred during transit please make sure it is noted on the carrier’s delivery slip before they leave your location. Call Packship USA immediately toll-free at 1-888-912-6474 and describe the damage to your Amish furniture.
In the unlikely event that you or a 3rd party carrier should find any damage to your Amish furniture during pickup at the Packship USA warehouse please notify the warehouse supervisor immediately then email us at sales@amishalley.com so that we can address the concern.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY AMISH FURNITURE?
Our payment policy is 50% down with the balance due when the furniture is picked up by PackShip USA. Since each piece of Amish furniture is made to order the down payment is non-refundable after 10 days. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
