The Chesapeake trestle table is meticulously handcrafted using mortise and tenon construction in the primitive Mission style. Square trestle posts with a pinned spreader bar and corner braces complete the primitive trestle look. Please note that breadboard style tables like this will expand and contract with humidity levels. This may cause the center boards to shrink (creating an overhand on the end boards) or swell (making the end boards narrower than the table center. Please call 888-88-AMISH with questions.
